I've discovered that replacing regular milk with this has a soothing effect on my tummy.
    Anybody else ever try this?

Recently tried coconut water - both plain and flavored - thought it was absolutely horrible! Bad taste!

However, coconut milk from a fresh coconut is yummy. Is that what you mean.

No, I buy it in a can, light, from GOYA. It's plain tasting and yummy at thr same time. It's really made a difference with my stomach issues, Pre-cancerous ulcer.
Second endoscopy this month to see if it needs cauterizing and if it's healed some.
I hope I've done a good job following docs instructions as I've used the coconut milk as a substitute for all milk products. It's expensive, so I use it sparingly, but the cost is worth it.
Yes, fresh coconut milk, and the fruit is wonderful. Also, the empty shells can be used for craft projects. Nothing goes to waste.
I've ebbed used the coconut milk in a home baked cake. No one noticed.

I have had hemp milk that I find gives me less gas than Almond freeze milk.
