    The first person posts something they've done ( it can be a scarey/weird/gross/fun/crazy/naughty thing etc.,)

    Then the next person replies with done it, never done it, or want to do it . Then post something they've done.

    Okay I'll start

    Arranged for a family member (in this case my Dad) to call the kids on Christmas Eve, pretending to be Santa Claus.
