Low salt website

    I just found a low salt website. It has pasta sauces, olives, buillon, and BBQ sauce. All in low/no salt versions. www.heartwisefoods.com. I REALLY need olives and pickles in my life! Oh yeah!

    Oooh! Sounds good. I'm just starting out & apparently, it's a LOW LOW salt diet that Menierians are supposed to follow. Boy. I love salt, love pretzels and chips -- However, if it's between the tastebuds or the hearing, I guess I'll have to go with the hearing. Any way I can ease into it is appreciated. TX
