Meniere's and alcohol

    Yeah, and wine has yeast in it, too. Plus, some people have a sensitivity to hops.

    Whatever--Bottom line is, many, if not of most, of us have messed up immune systems. This is why I believe Stephen Spring is on to something. Malfunctioning immunity is the root problem.

    I know one patient of his who not only had Meniere's, but also leaky gut and all kinds of bowel issues. Stephen's treatment, so far, has corrected all of it.
