my first set back

    So glad to hear the symptoms subsided, I hope they stay away! Since my experience with the walnuts and raisins, I cant help thinking, maybe it was something you were eating that was high in arginine and low in lysine that brought on the symptoms?

    Thanks for asking Vicki. Not great but not bad. There's a low hum noticeable all the time with it peaking during nights since my "best evening". Hearing is not too bad. Still can talk over the phone on with the bad ear with a bit more concentration. Now I feel more hopeful that it will resolve in time. Last week I felt that the high T is going to be the norm for me going forward. :). Funny how the mind always conjures up the worst possible future.
