Oh I LOATHE lingering things. Loathe them.

    Hope you're feeling better!

Can I do a 20k run, if by that I mean I ran at approximately 20km/h?

    ..To the kitchen?

    ....For muffins?

Depends. If that is your goal, then run for it. I run from (or rather FOR) those! ;D

Ah, the lingering things are better than the lurking things, I think. :D

Sarita, I'm so proud of you! Keep running until you reach your goal. You can do this!

So my friend how did the 10 miles go? Beautiful day today in NH on my way to Pilate's and then a nice hike later in the day. What is on your plate today?

I did 7 miles and then my TFL on the right side gave way. I ws very disappointed but didn't want to push it. I did another 3 miles later in the day because my mind wouldn't let me quit. Will see the massage therapist tomorrow.

Today is regular gym day - strength training.

Pilates sounds very good right now :)

You were smart to stop the run. Don't forget our good friend "ice". Really important after a run. I know you know this but I am being a "mother" ;)
