    Hi- I just found a terrific low sodium recipe and blog site called LOW SODIUM GIRL. www.sodiumgirl.com
    By a 27 year old woman with lupus who had to adopt the lo-so lifestyle when her kidneys shut down. Great recipes.......products and good writing. Check it out!-Yvonne

    Looks like a good site. I just started with the low sodium diet last Saturday. Can't tell if it is helping so far.....
