I appreciate the post. I checked out the "Meniere's Syndrome" video, thinking it would be a good one to forward to people who ask me about it. I was disappointed in the lack of information and the generalizations given. I was under the impression that you had to have 4 symptoms to have "classic meniere's" 1-fullness in ear, 2-tinnitus, 3-veritgo attacks, 4-low frequency hearing loss. I don't have an MD but have been to many Dr.'s, so I could be wrong.

I didn't watch the other videos, so I can't comment. It is always nice to know what is out there, thanks for sharing.

I didn't watch either of the videos, so not sure if it is a common "misuse" of the term or what, but there truly is a difference between Meniere's Disease and Meniere's syndrome. Meniere's SYNDROME is a set of symptoms that mimic those of MD, the difference is that a documented illness is responsible for those symptoms (ex: Lyme Disease suffers will often experience Meniere's "SYNDROME") ..very confusing

it's like describing drop attack vertigo as "dizzy"... heh, we with MD KNOW there's a difference!
