    "He was o.k."
    4/5,
I saw Dr. Ort when he was practicing in CA. He diagnosed me. I only saw him a few times as he moved about a year after I first saw him. I liked his manner. He listens well. He seemed to respect my opinion. He didn't seem to have a god-complex. When I wanted off beta histine after a big study came out that showed it was ineffective he was fine with that although he thought it was effective. I asked to be put on antivirals and he said he had never prescribed those for MD before but he was game. He wasn't around long enough to tell him that the antivirals gave me my life back. I was a little upset that I wasn't told he was leaving so I could schedule a final appt. I'm not sure if that was under his control as he was part of a big clinic. But still, I think if he had wanted to he could have and would have. I'd see him again.
