I have been thinking of adding the lemon bioflavenoids to my routine now that they are available again and since my routine seems to need a boost. I was just reading about them (thank you, JOH) and see that they dilate capillaries.

I know that migraines are possibly caused by the dilation of blood vessels in the brain so that caused me to pause as I have suffered from MAV, aural migraines, and some migraine headaches. I wonder how others with these conditions are doing with the lemon bioflavenoids.

I know of no cases or incidents where lemon bioflavonoids have caused migraines; nor have I encountered any warnings of such.

I asked the same question to the forum here before I started the full JOH regimen. No reply.

Since the diagnosis was primary MM and secondary chronic migraine, I decided to to give the Lindbergs LBio's a try as the entire JOH regimen. Its been now 90 days and if anything my headaches are less and I have set aside any concerns about that.

Just titrate slowly and you'll know. I am up to 4 times a day most days or at least 3.

Let us know how it goes!

Thanks JOH and Holly. I'd think with all the people around here who have MAV there would be a lot of people with migraines who have tried the lemon bioflavenoids, so that's great to hear you haven't heard of that coming up, JOH. And Holly, I'm glad for your personal story--and great that if anything the headaches are less. I think I will get my glasses in order and the MAV calmed down and then give them a try. I am excited to try them.

Just want to add the JOH strongly encouraged us to go with his full regimen if one could afford to. This I did with introducing one additional supplement every 3 days. That said, I cannot say it was the lemon bio's that helped or the full monty. I suspect the full monty.

You might want to check out my recent post labeled LDN. I am thinking about asking Dr Y to prescribe instaed of the Gabapentim which my gut is saying will regress me. My PCP siad take the Gaba or switch MD's :'(

Migraines start with the blood vessels constricting, then rebound dilating so if the Lemon Bioflavanoids can maintain dilation/prevent the initial constriction, it makes sense to me that it can prevent migraines.
How has it gone for you? Others?

Update: I have not had any worsening of migraine since I started the Lemon Bioflavonoids.
