I have months or years where it’s pretty good, then 2-3 months of frequent vertigo. I always carry gravol and clonazepam with me and have Ativan at home. Sometimes Benadryl or a sleeping pill knock me out.
Two new things that help me: 1. acupuncture seems to be doing some magic, but not totally consistent. Early days.
    2. Sniffing rubbing alcohol really helps the nausea during an attack, and I’m pretty sure it prevented a few puke-fests.

Acupuncture can be pretty amazing if you have a skilled practitioner; it can be very helpful.

Wild about sniffing rubbing alcohol for nausea, never heard of that. I used ginger pills for that which worked well also.
