Just checking in to see if anyone has heard anything about how to protect yourself from permanent hearing loss with Meniere's Disease. I thought that I had read something about Vitamin D being helpful, but I can't seem to find the article.

    Cheers

Antivirals restored almost all my hearing loss
    and prevented any further progression.

Good to know. Thank you, June. How have you been with all of the other symptoms?

Antivirals took away my vertigo and dizziness but my tinnitus and ear fullness are reduced but still present. Check into them there’s others that they’ helped here.

I did not have vertigo. I did have a kind of tullios, certain souns nauseated me, and some odd things like the world tilting to the right for several hours and tinnitus, autophony etc. All that went away and it did not progress to vertigo which i feared was about to happen.
