Hello all I’m a 24 yo male , I already have a history of Tinnitus and hyperacusis 5 years ago , I never had any other ear issues , just today while I was at work I felt a sudden sense of dizziness , it’s been 2 hours and I feel still slightly dizzy with no other symptoms of meneries , could this Be the start of it ?
