I have had chronic lower back pain for years. I do have an injury to a vertebrae - spondylolsis - from a car accident. I have found chiropractic and massage to be a benefit and of course Advil if I have to.

Since my Meniere's came back and I'm sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet and several anti-inflammatory supplements I've noticed I have much less back pain! So, I guess these supplements do some good! I haven't had an Advil in weeks.

Now, if I can just get rid of the remaining ear fullness, hearing loss and tinnitus, this will be a win-win :)

Yes, I am taking liquid curcumin, serrapeptase, all the supplements in "Mike's Story", famcyclovir antiviral and "Lipo-Flavanoid Plus".

I didn't try liquid curcumin yet. Now I am using highly concentrated curcumin extract with piperine and after 2 months of taking it I feel that pressure in my ears is somehow subsiding. Maybe it is just coincidence or maybe curcumin is really working by suppressing inflammation which causes hydrops.

Yes, it's very hard to tell what is working and what is not needed with this disease. The body reacts slowly to all of these treatments so it becomes almost impossible to determine real cause and effect. I get tired of taking all these pills, and buying all these pills!, but it is better than being afraid that if I go to a golf course I may not be able to get home. So, I will keep taking them all for now.
