Hi All I started Lycine and Valtex the same time, 3 weeks ago, and a bunch of the recommended supplements. I'm trying to kill this thing once and for all My symptoms have gotten worse. AAAAAAH I know many say this happens, but hell it suuuuuucks. Just venting. Can anyone tell me the difference between dizzyness and nausea? I don't know if the nausea is from the Anti-D I'm taking or the manieres.
Well, if you’ve puked at work for 8 hours straight that’s neither: it’s vertigo. Generally when meds or supplements make you Puke, it doesn’t last too long. Hang in and I hope you find some relief soon!

Dizziness is feeling light-headed and a bit out of balance. Nausea is feeling like you need to vomit. I have this most hours of most days and it is exhausting.
It did not work for me. Lysine did not work either. i am thankful I have not had vertigo for a few years. Hooray for burnout.
