Sent the kids to a weeklong camp in Montana for fall break to live life as a cowboy and work on a dude ranch. Best decision the chief and I made. No phones, no TV, no social media and guess what....the kids did not want to come come. They loved it. If your looking for a great family vacation without the modern luxuries spend a week with the kids caring for/riding Horses, fly fishing, riding 4 wheelers and cooking over an open fire with no phones, tv ect....Great time
Nothing of this could have been possible without the Laby 12 years ago...There was a time I wanted to die now I live as normal life as any other 53 year old man except I'm deaf in my rt ear. We're gonna make it.....slay the beast forever and get on with life. Love to all Bulldogs
View attachment 161 Speaking of horses - a friend let me ride her horse last summer. I thought my balance wouldn't be good enough, but I felt so grounded on this lovely beastie!! I agree, Bulldogs, that Without my Meniere's treatments, I wouldn't have felt safe enough to drive an hour away from home to enjoy this moment. (Not sure if the photo uploaded, but basically it's me looking great and happy, riding a horse.)
