    Thank you!

So, we can deduce that they continue to carry out new clinical trials is good news because the previous ones have not yielded bad results, right?

This is the original SPI-1005 study for Meniere's Disease. They put it on hold during Covid while they ran other SPI-1005 studies. But now looks like it's actually recruiting.

No, since the first one was suspended due to Covid, they have already recruited patients for the trial at least twice.

Bubo, what you propose has served you for something more than controlling the symptoms? I mean if you have managed to improve your hearing for example because right now with the normal approach of this forum and especially stress reduction (thanks antidepressants) I have been 13 months without attacks or serious problems, so for now I do not see the need to try anything except if it improves hearing or reduces (a lot) tinnitus.

I don't understand your answer, I've been asking you if what you do improves your hearing, nothing else. I have not said that I do it better or worse.

Jon, I believe you may have misinterpreted Ivan's reply to you...his comment
in no way attempts to discredit you in any way. He simply said things are good
right now, and he doesn't want to risk changing/adding meds that he may not
    benefit from.

I've read many of your more recent posts, and it's pretty clear that your knowledge
and understanding of these studies is light-years ahead of most of us. I do read the
studies you post, but I spend half my time just looking up words and medical terms
I am unfamiliar with. FWIW, it would be really helpful to me (and perhaps many others)
if you could explain things in a way that non-medical people would understand.

I was just explaining that what I do already works for me to stop my crises, so I don't need to add more things for myself, except if there is the possibility of improving hearing even if it is only 10dB.

So I repeat my question and incidentally add a new one:
    1-Did you improve your hearing?
2-Do you think that stress is not a possible trigger for Meniere's?

    Thank you.

Yes, that was exactly my explanation. It may be that the google translator expresses it badly or in a very direct way; but I have not questioned his approach to the Meniere. I was only asking about a specific result, which is the only symptom that I am interested in improving at the moment (hearing loss).

It does not cure, it only improves the symptoms. It is like an insulin, it does not cure diabetes, but it controls the symptoms. Or the pills for hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. For a real cure, the first thing is to know well the cause or at least one of the causes that causes Meniere.

The cause of Meniere's disease isn't known. Symptoms of Meniere's disease may be due to extra fluid in the inner ear called endolymph. But it isn't clear what causes this fluid to build up in the inner ear.

Issues that affect the fluid, which might lead to Meniere's disease, include:

Poor fluid drainage. This may be due to a blockage or irregular ear shape.
    Autoimmune disorders.
    Viral infection.
    Genetics.

It's been proven that is neurological and has to go to do with signals of the brain and nerves
