[QUOTE="Diane. I wish I saw more testimonials of people who definitely found help with it. The JOH protocol seems to have more success stories, but it's been 9 months and no change.[/QUOTE]

    Hi Diane,

I take JOH and 125mg of B6 every day. Results are pretty good for me so thanks BennyHill, it does something and I notice if I skip the B6, I feel off and unsteady BUT while i could find papers about the B6 I could never find any evidence supporting the B5 so I take that once a week.

If you have other health issues its probably best to be pretty careful. I agree with John of Ohio, the lysine is a game changer. Maybe look into that and see if there are any contraindications for your specific health needs and then decide. Oh and cut the alcohol and salt!

    Good luck.

Meniere's disease is not directly caused by a vitamin B6 deficiency, but some studies suggest that deficiencies in certain vitamins, including B6, may exacerbate its symptoms. There is no know cause or cure, as of right now. Although I did order some b5 and b6, to try it out. It may be the vitamin I’m missing in my diet! So thank you BennyHill.

I had my blood levels checked and was found to have an excess of vitamin B6 (with a slight deficiency in B12 and D3), yet I still have atypical Meniere’s disease. I do not believe that Meniere’s is necessarily associated with a B6 deficiency.
