Thank you for your feedback. How did you determine the triggers?

Years ago, I went to an allergist and they triggered a Meniere's attack in the office when I was injected with things. Today, I can tell my ears get noisy, tinnitus, headache, migraine, etc when exposed to fragrance especially. Meniere's is definitely related/affected by allergies. The main prescription for Meniere's in Europe is Betahistine, which is an antihistamine.

One ENT had me write down EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT in everything I ate for two weeks along with symptoms, time of day, etc. That's an eye-opening experience. That's how I found out I was allergic to lettuce and it triggered a Meniere's attack.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am taking betahistine, unfortunately without any effect so far. I also can't influence whether I hear well or badly. It just happens...all very strange

Yes, I believe the betahistine is stopping the vertigo. See if you can print out the medical journal article talking about the higher doses. That's what I did and then my doctor gave me a higher dose prescription.
