Dear all, I suffer from MM since a couple od years but it was diagnosed first in June this year in a university clinic with various tests. Although I do not have very offen those typical longlasting rotational vertigos, I suffer from Tnnitus, full ear, lost of balance, brain fog, and nystagmus. I started for a couple of weeks with Betahistine Hydrochlorid (Serc) 5 x 16mg. Difficult to say if it helps as I dont know how it would be without.... I suffer nearly every day sometimes more sometimes less. I was wonderring if this antiviral therapy that is quite unknown in Europe might be taken together with Betahistin. Some meanings? very, very kind regards Oxygen
I am not sure if the 2 can be taken together, but you can ask a pharmacist for this information. They would be the one who would know for sure.
Hallo, Perhaps i did nit ask correctly because i am not a native speaker. A pharmacist can just tell me if there might be some bad interactions between acyclovir and serc but he cannot tell me if it is a good idea to take acyclovir on the top of my Serc therapy. Not even ENT in Europe use acyclovir for MM so a pharmacist would not know the answer. I was hoping that some of you here could give their opinion. I am interested in this AV therapy you do use in the US and wondering if it is good idea to take it together with Serc. KR Oxygen
Hello, I'm in Europe too.I took Acyclovir at the same time that I took Serc and had no problems with any interactions.Hope it helps you!
