Tonight we watched, "Now You See Me." Great movie! Then we watched, "August:Osage County." I didn't enjoy it at all. I was so happy to see who won the Amazing Race! A father/son team and the oldest person. Terrific!
The Voice winner- not who I voted for but ok. Tonight is Survivor Finale, can't wait to see who wins but it seems I'm always wrong and disappointed.
Survivor-Tony won. Not the fav personality wise, but he earned the win with how he played. Woo took the wrong person to the end and it cost him a million dollars.
I'm a crime show junkie. CSI, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, Elementary, White Collar etc. I like to see if I can figure out who the 'bad guy' is before the police and/or detectives do. Makes me feel like a genius if I solve the crime before they do.
I think about a week ago there was a 2 hour special about Barbara Walters and her retirement. She has led a fascinating life.
My father likes Barbara Walters. It's hard waiting for the walking dead to come back on. Bates motel has ended for the season. I've been watching "those who kill, True Tori and Devious Maids.
I know but it is such a time stealer. One show turns into three and before you know it half the evening or weekend is gone. I prefer to be out and about.
For the passed 15 years or so I don't watch TV but I fell in love with Dallas back in the 70's and when Dallas the Next generation came on I got hooked all over again. So that is the 1 TV show I watch and love every second of it.
We caught an old movie last nite called, "Next," with Nicholas Cage. It was pretty good. I don't know how we never saw it before. My husband and I enjoy sitting together and catching a flick. It's nice us time and it's relaxing.
Future DIL and I watched Insidious 1&2. Scary stuff, LOL! Nightmares tonight but we had fun. Too much wine though. Love her!
Has anybody seen, "Lone Survivor?" It's based on a true story and gives a very real outlook on what our soldiers do for our country. I'd say it was a great movie. Sad though that so many of our soldiers die.
