This stuff is actually reducing my dizziness and other nasty symptoms. I initially figured it was horse crap, but the essential oils do have a nerve-calming and anti-inflammatory effect. No, I'm still doing the treatment, and it's working as expected. But it takes time, with setbacks along the way. I'm only 4 months in, so I have a ways to go. Overall, symptoms are improving incrementally. The Divertigo is just something to help out until I get to the finish line.

I got some today at CVS. After 2 full months of no dizziness whatsoever, I had a short spell this morning. Dehydrated again, is my assessment. So I picked some up just in case it gets any worse.
