   JOH in his Regimen document is recommending Vitacost L-Lysine, I am finding difficult to get them in to our country since they don't do courier shipping.
   
   I would like to know if any boydy has tried or recomendation of the brands listed here : http://www.iherb.com/search?kw=lysine&x=0&y=0#p=1

   Lysine is lysine. Use whatever brand is locally available.
