Oh my, it's way too soon for holiday music! I love it during the holiday but I like to enjoy each holiday as it comes too.

My smile is from chatting back and forth with friends when I could be doing something productive...NAH going to chill all day!

My daughter walked with me today. She said to me, "Mom, you walk differently than anyone I've ever seen." I asked her what she meant and she replied, "you walk like you're very self assured, like you're strong and it's even a little sexy."

Well, that brought a great big smile to my face! After a hug and bunch of kisses when she turned back into the young woman she is and said,"Mom, Stop!" Again, more smiles!!
When I think of our relationship, I can't help but smile!

 

Of course this came up at the dinner table and there's hubby with a smirk shaking his head. I said, "what?" My daughter says, "Dad, what's so funny?"

His reply is, "It's simple, your mother has Attitude,,she always has, it shows, and it's one of the reasons I Love her."

Awwww. I am so blessed!

I made some white bean soup tonight (nobody ate it but me) and hamburgers, it was delicious.

I have been taking a cooking class because secretly I always enjoyed culinary and cooking and it interest me, but I am finding out nobody likes what I like. I love soups and casseroles.

My next gift to myself is learning to play the piano. I feel life is passing me by at times.

Taking this cooking class has really made me happy in a weird kind of way,auberge because I enjoy it and now love sneaking out at night and grocery shopping. Very relaxing.

 

I love soup too. During the Fall and Winter I make at least two soups a week. What did you put in your white bean soup?

One of my favorite meals is Soup an grilled cheese.
