People who have found symptom relief from MM usually try 1 treatment at a time. You have better control of knowing what is helping, hurting or doing nothing for your symptoms.

I know its a horrible disease and we want to get rid of it quickly. But usually we need to use the trial and error method, which takes time, and keep a journal of what we did or ate or took within 24 hours of an attacks to figure out our triggers.

Throwing everything plus the kitchen sink into our bodies will most likely not help, might be harmful and if something taken is helping it would be difficult to know which component it is.

Our database old and new has great information on what has helped others. That's a great place to start and decide which one you are going to try first.

    Just my opinion.

Vicki, i think it all varies from individual to individual based on their situation or circumstances and force them to slow or quick more methods. You know what I meant after my earlier message to you LOL.....

But for now, i will concentrate on my Valtrex. Famvir does not seem to be available in my country.

situations no matter what they are, wont change the timeframe of finding symptom relief for MM.
There is no non invasive treatment for MM that helps over night. Its a slow process unfortunately.

There are no quick fixes, but good luck and be safe!

Vicki, i am curious about something. Another ENT noticed that I am always doing lip reading and should go for cochlear implant, does CI remove MD or MD has no chance of happening again?

Others on the forums are better suited to answer questions about cochlear implants.

In my lengthy personal experimentation with Meniere's therapies (over ten years), it was very obvious than no single approach or therapy offered much symptomatic relief. Only a combination of therapies have me complete and enduring relief from this horrendous disease.

What I discovered is all delineated here (and the taking of any single one of the described vitamins, minerals, or supplements will prove insufficient):

John, I was considering your regime as 1 treatment.
