Lucky you! Right now I'm waiting for my grandson to finish breakfast so we can have a nice talk. He asked if I would keep secrets and I promised I'm the best secret keeper. So sweet.
Everyone left so now I can go over everything in my head! And why do I feel like crying when yesterday was so spectacular? Sentimentality.
Nursing a major headache and feeling just a tiny bit dizzy. Too much partying and rainy weather. Wicked combination. I hope the weather is better in Antigua!
I bet it was a day every mother dreams of and dreads but I am sure it was amazing and you looked stunning. Did you get a chance to slow dance with hubby and son to a little Toby Keith or Shania Twain?
I got to slow dance a few times with hubby, a few times with both sons, and the best was dancing with my grandsons! Even funnier...they really do dance!! Another funny thing, BD, I didn't dread it at all. I was touched but it really was a joyous celebration. I guess not many mothers feel that way but they are so much in love, you can see it and they make a wonderful couple. The bride danced all night and I had the best time dancing with her, her Mom, and with all the girls in the bridal party. I'm a party animal!! I still got it!
Right now I wish I was on the dance floor with the person in that Avatar. Maybe a little "Open Arms" by Journey or some Air Supply!
They took it really well. A few meows but that was it. Actually the blow dry was fun and the way it moved their long hair around I knew I got them all. Now they look like little puff balls! Getting ready to take daughter to tutoring, return tuxes, and pick up new car plates. Pizza today!
