Welcome Nells61! There is no known cause of Meniere's. But many on this site have found relief using the approach that this it is true that it is herpes based. JOH regimen and antivirals. Doesn't work for everyone. Nothing seems to. Lots to learn here but for me the lesson in the complexity of this syndrome has been very helpful.
Thank you HollyFlo for the welcome and info, it just amazes me how this little gremlin can affect so many people so differently, and each gremlin has its weakness, just finding what works can be fun in itself, I hope and pray each person can find some sort of relief , no matter what they use to get that relief.
