I wanted to express my gratitude to all of you for the depth of knowledge and sharing of experiences on this board. Just last week, I was tentatively diagnosed with Meniere's and have been reading all I can. I have my MRI next week. Once I'm feeling better, I will share my story. Thank you so much.
Best of luck with your diagnosis but keep an open mind on the diagnosis as the medical profession don't always get menieres or menieres type conditions exactly right because its idiopathic and its relatively rare You are right this forum is great and you can believe that from the different successful approaches that there is more than one way to beat the beast or at least control it rather than the other way around. hannah….hang in…the diagnostic part of this journey can be some of the toughest territory. If it is traditional western medicine…known for its diagnostics..that you are undergoing..what they have to offer to help navigate the symptoms can many times produce more side effects than real solutions long term. Knowing the limits of the offerings then gives you the empowerment to seek 'alternative' solutions presented here. They just take typically longer because they deal with causes not just symptoms. Many Blessings. You are being held.
Welcome, Hannah! Good job finding this forum. It has been a huge help to me. I hope it will be to you, too.
