After having Menieres for 7 years I had my first injection of Dexmathasone 10mg/ml on March 6, 2014 followed by two more injections once a week (I had a total of 3 injections). I felt the difference within hours of the first injection beginning with the brain fog, the ear pressure and the vertigo. I would highly recommend this procedure as there isn't any negative side effects that I know of.
I'm glad they worked for you. The problem I had was that the relief was short-lived. But some people get months of relief.
I started injections last year after having Menier's for 10 years. It lasted roughly 9 months. I'm starting my next couple of injections. Expensive, but well worth it. It completely eliminated my tennitus and vertigo. I did hear of some success from ear tubes with drops which would probably be much more cost effective. Anybody have some feedback on that?
I did Dexmathasone injections for 10 months in 2014. Great results, but very short term duration. I was able to go about 2 weeks before speech discrimination would start to fall off. Return of tinnitus and vertigo were always not far behind.
