Just got back from the post office. Sending all my presents and joy!

 

Getting ready to meet a few friends for dinner and enjoy a few margaritas and laughs. I graduated over 20 years and my college frat brothers/roommates are still some of my very best friends.

Getting ready to pick my mother up at the airport as she arrives from DC for 2 weeks for the holidays. I can't wait to give her a big hug and a kiss.

It could get interesting around here with all these wonderful woman.

Mom is 74 and still treats me like I am 10 years old.
My wife is 39 and calls me an asshole 4 times a day.a
My SIL is 30 getting psychological counseling and thinks I am the devil.

The good news is Mom is here and SIL is off all week so they can watch the kids and maybe I can take this time To reflect on my blessings and maybe catch up with a few old girlfriends.

 

I'm here!!! LOL!

 

Well for the umpteenth time I was watching The Sound of Music.

 

Wondering why there has to be family drama for the holidays.

 

Yes Rose I not only enjoy but I still have a tear during certain scenes and smile at others.

 

Sounds like a great way to start the day!
