During this holiday season, I found so many chocolates coming in. And I have been avoiding coffee and chocolates for quite last 3-4 months.

Just curious, is it true or anyone do get trigger for MM attacks from eating chocolates? Or I have a misread this somewhere online.

My concern is hearing loss and vertigo. I only get migraine, when I get bad hangover from alcohol, and that was long time ago.

Chocolate is a well known migraine trigger. I do not think allergies have triggers as such.

LOL... looks like i can pop the chocolate slowly. I never have had migraine with chocolates before, even if it does, i can endure it. But not the hearing loss.

You could be allergic to chocolate itself. Also chocolate hs a caffeine like substance, especially dark chocolate. Caffeine aggravates menieres.
