Just got in from getting last minute staples.

Thinking I'm happy to be home and safe.

 

Just took a break from work to drive over to watch the kids basketball practice thinking should I or should I not go up and say hello to this young mother and complement her on her smile. I can tell she has had a long day at work.

 

Errands done. The liquor store was packed, LOL!

Cuddled up with a good book.

Taking a break from digging through my file cabinet to find tax stuff and paperwork for my accountant.

I just love this time of year (she said with obvious sarcasm and a sneer on her lips.) Good thing I'm organized or this would be NO fun at all.

After we do the taxes, I get to fill out a FAFSA for college. We never get any money but it's required every year.
Then I get to fill out the student loan papers.

One thing after the other. Stinks.
