    My goal is to ear mostly veggies for the next year. I want to cook artichokes. Does anyone have some good artichokes recipes?

    You can put artichokes in almost anything! I'm abroad, so I don't know when they're in season in your area?

    Yup I have googled them but I was hoping someone would have a tried and true recipe.

    I'd like to try this, but oh, my. Isn't the sodium content pretty high?

    It is cruel to post this recipe... I had a look at the rest of the blog and there is nothing good for you on www.ohbiteit.com.
