Good morning everybody, have agreat day. It's 6:40 at my house and we have already had 2 meltdowns. Kids just don't want to go to school! Can you blame them--- lol God gave us this day, take advantage of it!
Good morning. I hope you slept well. It's currently 4:40 a.m.here. I'm usually up by 4. I had a cortisone shot in my left knee yesterday.My knee isn't perfect but the pain is about 75% To my chagrin they no longer use Supartz injections anymore. Have a good day..
Hope that knee gets to feeling better. My aunt has cortizone shots in her heel. She's only allowed 3 a year.
