Not sure how to do that. My office is extremely bright with the store type lighting anyways so I don't think it would make a difference.
Valid point. Fluorescent lighting is my kryptonite. If using Windows, monitor brightness is found in Control Panel - System & Security - Power Options. If using OS X, go to Apple Menu - System Preferences - Display. You can always employ the F1 & F2 function keys, too. Older systems may be F14 & F15. Hope you're feeling better!
Oh ok. I am less worried. No sense worryin' bout somethin' without information. I am just tryin' to figure out my triggers. So far...I haven't pinpointed any.
Stress and fatigue (lack of sleep) are my two major triggers. Stress (of course) is the hard one to "fix"; but fatigue is one that I make sure to focus on. Makes a huge difference for me. A lot of people have MAV with MM or just MAV. So definitely keep that in mind and try some of the migraine techniques shared. (Most likely can't hurt.)
