i don't know if sugar affects anyone's Menieres but I noticed something today. If I'm not drinking water or tea, I drink Mott's Apple Juice. I've been having a hard time losing weight so it just dawned on me to check the sugar content per serving. It's 28 grams of sugar! I drink a lot of Apple juice day and night. I think I'll be making Green Tea and cut out the apple juice!!
I am cutting out excess sugar too. For me, I wake up with what I call a sugar headache. I have been on a jelly bean binge and between my head and my belly, well it is time to stop my insanity. So Bea, I do believe that sugar can play a big role in MM symptoms, just my 2 pennies worth.
Remember when you could buy candy with two cents? LOLA Have you tried the Starburst jelly beans? Yummy! Sorry. Cutting out sugar is the easy part. For me, it just means I have to stop drinking that darn Apple juice!! Now getting rid of belly fat...well let me know how that works out for you because I sure could use some help there!
I haven't had one of them in ages. Chocolate either. So many things have high amounts of sugar! I'm looking through my cabinets checking. Cereals, applesauce, cranberry sauce, cake mixes, Bushes Baked Beans for crying out loud! I even heard just today that schools are no longer serving juices at lunch because of the high sugar content. My problem is exercise. I'm so used to being sedentary. I have been walking but I could do better.
LOL! You know you burn more calories during sex than anything else? I guess that depends on who's the one doing the moving!
Not tonight, I have a headache! LOL! Must have been the sugar content in the glass of wine I had at dinner.
Two days without any added sugar. Only sugar in fresh fruit that's it. Hope to be able to stay away from the jelly bellies!!
I just had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Do you know how much sugar is in jelly? A lot. Jelly Bellies can't compete with Starburst Jelly Beans! I'm not adding sugar to anything. I stopped drinking the Apple Juice. No candy today. There's only so much one can do.
Sugar is an addiction for me. I need to detox so I can stop the craving . It usually takes 3 days. Once I get beyond the 3rd day I do very well. I just can't have any candy or desserts in the house. I eat very healthy for the most part but recently fell off the wagon. All because I bought a bag of those little @#'&%ing jelly beans! Yes jelly and jam loaded with sugar.
My detox off sugar just got blown out of the water! Grandsons coming down tomorrow for the weekend. We won't see them for Easter so the baskets will come out early!!
