Hey just dont be scared do what you want to do just think about what can happend in a worth case. You get Vertigo in plane. So can you deal with it?`Iam sure you can. But it dont happend. and if it happend it would also happend at home. and you cant stop having fun cause this desease.

I usually take a valium before getting on the plane. It not only helps prevent vertigo but helps with any anxity I get. I usually get the most worried when landing and my ears don't pop. I know it's not inner ear related but having both ears feeling full is quite alarming.

 

I would say just be well prepared. Valium or in my case it was buccastem which is similar to valium. That gave me the confidence to to face the trip. Have you looked at food and drink triggers. Alot of people can have MAV and not realise it, in which case avoiding food and drink triggers can be a real breakthrough.

David Buchholz " heal your headache "believes that menieres is in fact MAV. It was when I treated my condition as MAV that I rapidly improved. That was 6 years ago and I have been well ever since.

Just have your plan of "in case" which I have found eases anxiety - and then just go enjoy your trip. Never let this thing take away the things you love the most.
