I took the three times a day dose for one month, then 3 weeks ago dropped down to the 2x daily. I would say towards the end of the first four weeks of taking 3x daily I felt "normal"...meaning I could go to the grocery store and not need to grab a cart in the parking lot to get me into the store safely. I could park far away at my children's school and feel stable enough to walk to pick them up. Huge strides!! I did notice though upon lowering the dose to 2x daily that the slight dizziness reappeared. Some days it's present, other days not. With that being said I have had no ear fullness and no vertigo. As I've stated before I also take the JOH supplements, have completely cut gluten from my diet, eat low sodium and about 90% organic. It's been almost a year since my diagnosis and it's been a huge lifestyle change but I'm determined to keep trying whatever it takes to lead a life free of dizziness and vertigo.
Great update. Congrats! I know I had to stay at the 3x day dose for 2 months; I was better after 1 month but when I went down to 2x some of the fullness returned so dr agreed to keep at full dose for an extra month. Tapered as normal from there. Every now and then if I am feeling a little "off" I will go back to 2x day but fortunately that has not been too consistent of a need. Congrats
