Stress relief

    When things in the real world get too stressful, take a short while to close your eyes and visualize something nice. Go to your happy place in your mind and think of things that make you smile. Your imagination can help improve your mood more than you think.

    When my life gets too stressful I like to take a drive over to Pacifica and walk along the beach.

    It's so good to see you here again Ron. :)

    I like to do this when I meditate. I get a nice, peaceful image in my mind and let all the other worries of the world fall to the wayside even if it's only for 30 minutes or so.
