Can the main symptom in mav be hearing
Fluctuation on a regular basis? My dr is starting
To think my problem can be mav because
Of the numbness I get in my hands and during
An attack. My son who is 20 sufferers
Since a small child with aura migraines and
    Vertigo lasting days thankfully
His dr diagnosed after his hallucinations started and put
Him on singulair 10 yrs ago and he now only
    Gets
This rarely I myself have suffered from migraines
Growing up and now mostly have sinus headaches
Often. Reading about mav makes me believe this is my
Problem except for the problem of hearing fluctuation being
My main symptom wondering if anyone
    Ever heard of this .

Hearing fluctuation in both ears is common in MAV

    .
    http://american-hearing.org/disorders/migraine-associated-vertigo-mav/

"When headache is not prominent, features such as bilateral hearing fluctuation [according to Harker (1996) auditory symptoms are rarely unilateral], family history of migraine and perimenstrual exacerbations are used to decide whether Meniere’s disease or migraine is the more likely diagnosis."

I believe MAV is your issue as well, you have many of the classic MAV symptoms. Keep an eye on what you eat and avoid MAV food triggers.
    Good Luck!
