Hi all, I've been diagnosed with meniere's as my right ear shows just above normal ear pressure, I've got the feeling like I'm walking on a trampoline or boat all the time, except sometimes when I don't think about it I don't notice it, then tinnitus, neck and back pain of sorts and sometimes leg pain. So one day I just tried to invert my head upside down on the couch for 5-10 just to see what happens, and to my suprise when I stood up, upright I felt properly grounded as if everything was back to normal, but just as quickly the boat sensation came back and remains. Curious if anyone has tried it? Also please be careful if you are tempted to try I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself or anything.

Did your neck, back, leg pain precede your ear symptoms? Might want to look into upper cervical care or Nucca chiro.

I had some before the ear symptoms but more with the ear symptoms. It feels like gravity is pulling me down, I've been told the pain is there due to trying to stabilize your body as in to keep the balance proper, so the muscles may stiffen up more which I feel is half half true. I did try NUCCA with about 5 or 6 sessions, I didn't feel any difference, sometimes I felt a bit worse though after the treatment, as in more of the on a boat feeling.
