It's been a tough recovery so far but I'm being well taken care of. Going to rehab hospital next to get further support.update so fat
with most surgeries (haven't had VNS) but most the early days are the worst. My best wishes for a quick rehab.
HI. ITS BEEN A ROUGH WEEK BUT BEEN IN VERY GOOD CARE AT THE HOSPITAL FOR 1 WEEK. I AM NOW AT REHAB IN HOPES TO SPEED UP MY RECOVERY PROCESS SO I CAN BE WITH MY BABY, HUSBAND, AND OUR LITTLE FAMILY. THANK YOU TO THE LABY PATIENTS HO GOT ME STARTED ON THIS JOUREY WHICH I WAS WAY PASSED DUE AND THANK YOU ALSO FOR THE VNSR'S FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND HELP DURING THIS TIME. I STILL HAVE MY HEARING! EVERYTHING IS STILL A BIT OFF BUT EXPECTED TO BE. WELL ALL FOR NOW I'M BEAT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME. I'M MORE THAN HAPPY TO HAVE SOME MENEIRES FRIENDS AS I TRULY NO NOONE WITH THIS ILLNESS. Hi Shelly, I've been wondering how you are doing. So glad to hear your making good progress. I had been thinking about the VNS also but since I have been on the antivirals and some of JOH's regime I've been doing better and so will continue on this path for now. But it s so nice of you to share your journey with all of us who may need to consider surgery at some point. When I first had my worst attack in 2013 I had never met another person with MM. Finding this site has been a real blessing for me.
That you have hearing is wonderful! You'll recovery quicker with rehab, too, and get back to your family. I don't know about anyone else but I can always use another friend. Recover quickly! (((( HUGS ))))
