I have vertigo issues - and hate to fly. Can anyone who has flown East to West or West to East in the USA tell me if the flights tend to be more turbulent or bumpy? I remember hearing that flying to Vegas could be very bumpy, but I'm heading out to Washington from the East Coast. Thanks!

Sometimes it gets bumpy when you fly over the Rocky Mountains heading west. Just depends on the weather I guess. Don't stress. Enjoy your travels!

I have flown back/forth from Washington/Seattle to the East Coast many times. Typically the ride is not overly rough - they can/will change altitude to compensate. Definitely not like trying to land at times in Vegas.

    You should be fine!

So I've heard about Vegas. One reason I avoid going there. :)
