Hi everyone. Today is my 55th birthday and I feel it may do me and others some good to share my experiences with MM.

Diagnosed four years ago, I have been on the diuretic and potassium trail ever since. As a gift to myself, I ordered a few of the items on John of Ohio's list. In a effort to better manage my life.

Today, my ear is on fire. Stress, my reluctance to change my diet is any meaningful way and life has handed me today's symptoms. Fortunately, my symptoms do not include any dizzy spells.

I started living on my boat in Southern California a year and a half ago. Those that know this lifestyle, also know that over time motion sickness disappears as I developed my "sea legs". I believe the vertigo may still exist occasionally, however I no longer feel it.

I am short on time this morning. I will pick this up later.

    RP,

Nice post!!! If I did not have wife and kids I could live on a sailboat and just sail the world.

Do you live on a power or sail boat?
