I never read or heard of anxiety attacks causing vertigo, dizziness yes but not vertigo.

I suffered from them for many years and had agoraphobia years back and it never set off a vertigo ago attack and I have MM for 50 years. I don't know anything about sky diving but I would think that's a different set of mechanisms going on in the inner ear, due to atmospheric pressure the height etc than an anxiety attack when one is on solid ground.

But definitely anxiety and stress are big Meniere's triggers that we can agree on.

From reading other forums and articles, it seems wind is a common trigger for people with MM I know it has always been for me.

I had not heard about wind, but lesson learned. Won't do that again! Was not a fan of having the ear pressure and incessant ringing in my head return. I quite appreciate every day that I have minimal symptoms. No more wind for me - if I am in that type of environment I will put in my ear plugs.

Are you feeling back to good again today?

    Yes. Back to good!

And to answer a different post earlier - I had not changed the a/v dosage. I have been on the maint of 1x day for just over a year now. I did increase and take an extra a/v on both Sat and Sun.

Back to work today, no significant ear issues or ringing. Positive of this: Learned that I react to the wind. AND I did not have a vertigo attack. Might have had the other symptoms arise but no vertigo. A blessing for sure.
