    I was shocked while reading these allegations from all these women.I once felt sorry for him for losing his son in a shooting incident many years ago on the side road next to the 405 freeway in Bel-Air.

    I'm probably just talking to myself here, but is anyone following Cosby's trial? I don't doubt for a minute that he's guilty as hell. I hope he's convicted, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen.

  3. You know I didn't even know it was out there to follow. Where you seeing this at? If you don't mind saying.

    It's on all the cable news stations. Probably if you Google it, you will find some articles about it. The trial is over and the jury is deliberating.

  5. Yea I will google it. How long have they been deliberately?

    Part of yesterday, part of today. Twelve hours in total, I think.

  7. One last question? Did any of the woman testify? I wouldn't be shocked if hes found not guilty nor Would I be shocked if he's found guilty.

    Two of the women. Andrea Constand was the first woman to ever accuse Cosby of sexually abusing her. She reported it to the police. The prosecutor decided not to file charges against Cosby. Constand sued him in civil court and they reached an undisclosed settlement. In his deposition, Cosby admitted he had a history of using Quaaludes to have sex with women. Nine or ten years later, after nearly 50 women claimed they had been sexually abused by Cosby, a judge made Cosby's deposition from that civil trial, public. A new prosecutor, just days before the statute of limitations was to run out, charged Cosby with two felony counts of indecent assault. Constand was on the stand for something like seven hours.

    The judge allowed one other woman to testify. She claimed the same, exact thing had happened to her. I don't know the details of why the judge only allowed the one other woman to take the stand.

    If he's found guilty, Cosby is expected to spend ten years in prison. His defense lawyers called only one witness, a police officer. His whole defense lasted six minutes.

    Wow. They're going in the 3rd day of deliberations. I'd love to be a fly on the wall. I'm afraid this means that Cosby will not be convicted.

    I'm afraid you may be right, Melc. The jury is asking lots of questions and has asked to rehear parts of Constand's testimony.

  11. Even if he gets 10 yrs out of this, wonder how many of those 10 yrs he will actually pull?

    Thanks Cheryl. Appreciate you sharing.

    The jury is deadlocked. Judge has ordered them to keep deliberating.

    I haven't been following closely so I don't know but I'm wondering about the make up of the jury. There must be a few too many men ???

    He said/she said/she said/she said/she said/she said/she said etc. ::)

    Watched a show last night where they were discussing this. The jury is made up of one black man, one black woman, six white men and four white women. Cosby admits he gave Constand three blue pills he said were Benadryl and then coaxed her into "tasting" some wine. He claimed the Benadryl was to make her relax and ease her stress in preparation for their petting session. He also admitted during the civil trial that he had gotten seven prescriptions filled for Quaaludes which he never intended to use for himself, rather he would give them to woman in order to have sex with them.

    I haven't taken Benadryl in ages, but I don't ever remember them being blue.

    Here's a pretty good read on Constand's ordeal:
