I received my personal steamer yesterday and used it for 5 minutes today just to see how it works and how to operate it. Within 10 minutes after using it water was running down my cheeks from my eyes like tears for about 5 minutes straight. I am assuming this means my eyes were draining since they are still swollen. If that's the case woooot it works great.

I will try it again in a few minutes and see if I get the same results.

oh forgot to mention someone from thee forums recommended sinus blast, all natural no chemicals and he says it works great, so I bough some today, will try it tomorrow.

Its main ingredient is Capsaicin made from chili peppers and said to have anti inflammatory properties. It said to burn for a few seconds then it opens up the sinus passages and lets them drain. We shall see.

Whenever I got sinuses I would buy these prepackages soups back in the day that had chili's or spicy stuff and eat it while it's as hot as possible, it would always help. I also took zinc and vitamin c both are immune boosters. Hope you get better soon.

LOL I have been using the personal steamer a few times a day. It came with one pad but havent used it. I did order a box of 6 of vicks pads that can be used with the steamer but it has not been delivered yet. But for the last 30 minutes my eyes ran like a faucet, and my nose a little too, so I am assuming that is my sinuses draining.

I feel very clear headed right now. I hope I wake up and the puffiness and swelling has gone down a lot. The swelling is right above my upper eyelids and was so swollen it covered my entire eyelid on both eyes.

When I get sick I never do it halfway lol

You've had a tough year, that's for sure!
Have you ever tried one Benedryl at bedtime?
At this point I'd probably try anything.
It has made a huge difference for me.
No need for any allergy Meds during the day.
Wake up, no stuffiness, no post nasal drip, no watery eyes, and no sneezing.

Huge difference in just one night.

Bea, I carry liquid Benadryl with me at all times due to my food allergy, its part of my emergency plan along with an epi pen. I was going to take some Benadryl for the sinusitis but read online many doctors say not to take an antihistamine for sinusitis, because it can make it worse, so I didn't.
They recommend a decongestant instead, which I can't take because it causes me to have heart palpitations.

I am not having symptoms this year from my seasonal allergies due to taking the FAHF-2 formula that I have talked about in previous posts.

Sounds like you've got it covered.

I hope you feel better soon!

LOL I woke up too damn early but usually up at 5 am and start work. But I am having an upsetting thought.
Since all my symptoms from the sinusitis are gone MAYBE my eyes are not swollen from the infection but maybe... I hope not though.. when I use the coconut oil on my hair some got in my eyes and clogged my tear ducts, I did put some under my eyes because I read it Is a great moisturizer UGH :(

I am using the steamer for my eyes now hoping if my tear ducts are clogged it will open them and swelling will go down.
