An elderly friend of mine told me when she feels lightheaded or dizzy she puts on sunglasses ,even in the house. Lightly tinted so you do not fall...I get dizzy on arising in the morning, I tried it as soon as I woke up and it did seem to help a bit,,,,,she is 95' iam almost 72...she knows a lot of good hints !!

Light sensitivity is a definite symptom of MAV I wear sunglasses all the time when I am outside, in stores, doctors offices etc, and even indoors at times.

I'm partial to my sunglasses. Particularly while indoors under fluorescent lighting. Cue Corey.

I have transitional glasses, which are great.

However, if I'm feeling off and light sensitive, I'll wear the biggest, darkest sunglasses I could find.

Wow, yes I felt light headed when I put on sunglasses too. Years before my ear symptoms started. Since I've been seeing a NUCCA chiro, this problem has been resolved. Strange, must have something to do with an upper cervical misalignment as well as the pinching of the glass frames constricting blood flow to the brain.

Mustang..I think we all have said sunglasses help our dizziness and light headedness not that it causes it.
