She says she's fine, But she's going insane. She says she feels good, But she's in a lot of pain. She says it's nothing, But it's really a lot. She says she's okay, But really she's not. Who can relate?
So appropriate. I thought I was having a hot flash. Then I realized my left boob was in my coffee cup!
“Most misunderstandings in the world could be avoided if people would simply take the time to ask, "What else could this mean?” ― Shannon L. Alder
"I know what's coming, I know no one beats these odds. It's a matter of getting used to that, growing up and realising that you're expelled from your mother's uterus as if shot from a cannon, towards a barn door studded with old nail files and rusty hooks. It's a matter of how you use up the intervening time in an intelligent and ironic way. And try not to do anything dastardly to your fellow creatures." ~ Christopher Hitchens ~
She wasn't old at all. That wasn't much of a quote and the sarcasm just screams, "I like starting controversy." It is what you make it. Than it is what it is.
"Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you". Princess Diana (1961-1997)
Bea, I know you are mad at me. I apologized and you ignored that. There is not much else I can do about it. Amy Wine house was a very troubled soul. My comment was meant to say that. Only that. No sarcasm, no attempt at creating controvery. Why do you even say that? Do you know anything about her life and her struggle with alcohol and that she died from alcohol poisoning? How the hell am I starting controvery by lamenting that her demons won? Don't shoot the messenger!
“A choir is made up of many voices, including yours and mine. If one by one all go silent then all that will be left are the soloists. Don’t let a loud few determine the nature of the sound. It makes for poor harmony and diminishes the song.” ― Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration Truce, Bea?
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. Holding a grudge is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.
