I was recently diagnosed with Menieres.i am in my early 70s. The doc prescribed a diuretic but since I am on a BP med that also has a diuretic I am having some issues. I go back on Tuesdaybut I was wondering- are there any other mess I can take? Do exercises work? Will I ever feel better. A bit discouraged right now.
So sorry to hear about your diagnosis Did they do any test on you? Usually dietary Measures are supposed to help. My doctor Gave me a script for betahistine , I haven't Taken it yet and it isn't available in USA I orderd from Canada. Studies show it's more Effective the. Diuretics which by the Way never did anything for me. Good luck I'm sure you will get plenty of assistance on This site.
I would recommend asking about anti-virals. You can search this board and a lot of people (myself included) have gotten relief with antivirals.
